Sleeping angel

Oh how I love twins, maybe I'm biased because I have twins of my own, but I just can't help it, they are so much fun. I photographed these twins last month and during our session little Kenzie was not as cooperative as we wanted her to be. So I went back today and did another session with her and her brother Jacob, and this time she did great. She pretty much slept through our entire session. Here are a few of my favorites.

The Steenerson Family

I had so much fun with this family yesterday afternoon. The kids were a blast, they loved playing in the leaves, running on the railroad tracks and didn't even mind posing for the several pictures we took. I really enjoyed photographing this family, spending time with them and getting to know them a little bit. This photo session turned out to be one of the many favorites I have had in the past few months. There are so many great shots, that I had a hard time picking out just a select few, but I think I managed to choose some good ones.

The Newlee Family

I couldn't ask for a better way to spend the day after Thanksgiving. In stead of fighting the crowds at the mall, I got to photograph this great family. We had such beautiful weather, and it was the perfect day to be outside by the lake taking pictures and watching the ducks. I had a lot of fun with this family, especially the kids. They loved climbing on the teddy bear statues and the trees. Here are a few of my favorite photos from their session.

The Steenerson Family

I had a lot of fun with this family at their photo session today. Paige and I actually have known each other for about 16 years, but it has been a while since we have seen each other. So when she asked if I could take her family photos I was really excited. Her girls are so cute, Chloe was so much fun and Morgan was just the perfect baby, she just went along with whatever we wanted her to do. All of their pictures turned out so great it was hard to pick out my favorite, but I managed to narrow it down to theses few.

The Rogers twins

I had such a fun afternoon today. I got to meet and take photos of Brad & Tara's newborn twins. I took pictures of Tara when she was pregnant with them, so it was so much fun to be able to take pictures of these little ones now that they are here. They did so great, they didn't complain once. We didn't have any crying, even when we were putting them in all these crazy positions. I loved doing this photo session, not only was it so much fun to get to be around tiny babies again, but it reminded me so much of when my two were this small.

The Binegar family

I had so much fun with the Binegar family today. They let me take them all over McKinney & Allen for their family portraits, and I didn't hear one complaint from any of them, even when we went into the woods and got attacked by mosquitos ;). The boys were so much fun, and proved to be quite the "super" models ;), and of course Edward and Crystal make one very gorgeous couple. This family is not only beautiful on the outside, but they are also beautiful on the inside. I loved every minute of this photo session, and I can't wait for them to see the final product. It was so hard for me to pick just one picture I like; they all came out so great. As much as I would love to post all of their pictures on here, I think I managed to pick out just a few of my favorites.

The Turek Family

The Turek family were so much fun today. We got some great pictures in down town McKinney, and they actually let me take them onto some railroad tracks to get some shots. Charles was especially fun to shoot, he was so animated and had so much fun posing for the camera. Overall it was a very successful photo shoot. So successful in fact, that I can't decide which picture was my favorite. They all turned out so good!

Jacoby Family

I took the Jacoby family pictures last year, so when they asked me to take them again this year I was really excited. We had some weather issues, and we didn't have the option to reschedule, due to the fact that some family members live in Arkansas, but we worked around mother nature and I think the pictures turned out great. Here are a few of my favorites.
